What is so Important About Exercise?
While many people do it to look good, it actually goes deeper than that. According to the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), exercise has benefits such as prevention of heart disease and illnesses, improved cognitive ability, and strengthening your bones. Those who exercise are more likely to live longer, better quality lives (CDC, 2023).
